-Riley Wolcott-

If I am not creating, I am not living. It is as simple as that. I want to be hands-on in as many fields of creativity that will have me. My curiosity will always outweigh my fears when it comes to challenging designs and larger-than-life projects.

ABOUT ME

Hi there—I’m Riley Wolcott, a junior completing a bachelor’s degree in production design at The Savannah College of Art and Design with a minor in acting. I am interested in pursuing a creative career full of firsthand experience and rich opportunities in the theatre, film, and entertainment industries. I am a hard-working student who started in acting, but discovered a love for set design and hands-on team ventures. I have developed skills in set building, scene design, and prop development through years of school and community productions and dozens of personal passion projects. Now SCAD is helping me to further develop my craft and stay inspired.

Creating larger-than-life scenes and impressive visuals in sustainable, creative ways has been a dream of mine ever since I picked up a hot glue gun. I look forward to a future of intricate design projects extending far beyond anything I have ever done before. I want to improve and surpass myself with each experience, doing so in ways that benefit the environment and our community. Art should not come at the cost of our earth. I want to work hard to astound audiences and make a lasting impact on people.
